“Feminine” training should still be effective
Women deserve thoughtful strength programming: appropriate loads, progressive challenge, good technique and exercises selected for their goals, history and preferences.
Heavy is relative
Strength training does not mean lifting the maximum possible weight. It means using enough resistance to create a useful training stimulus while maintaining control and progressing over time.
Your program should evolve
Repeating random workouts can feel hard without producing a clear outcome. A structured program tracks exercises, sets, repetitions, effort and progression so you know what is changing.
Women do not need a pink training system. They need coaching that sees the whole person.
Your experience, health, confidence, recovery and stage of life should influence the plan. Your gender should not be used as an excuse to underestimate you.
