Face-to-face training

Training at Filara Fitness.

What to expect from private coaching in Cindy and Rami’s family-run Kingsgrove studio.

Is Filara Fitness a women-only gym?

Filara Fitness is the private, family-run mixed training studio owned by Cindy and her husband, Rami. Fit & Feminine offers dedicated women-only training times so women can still train in a comfortable, supportive environment.

Do you offer couples or family training?

Yes. Couples coaching and parent-and-child or teen sessions can be arranged at Filara Fitness. We will discuss each person’s age, goals and experience first so the coaching format is safe, appropriate and genuinely useful for everyone.

Who will coach my face-to-face sessions?

Fit & Feminine is led by Cindy. Selected appointments may also be delivered by our female Exercise Sport Scientists. We will always tell you who you are booked with, and you can discuss any coaching preference during your consultation.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, children are welcome during your session. Let Cindy know when booking so the space can be kept comfortable and safe for everyone.

Do you offer both 30 and 45 minute sessions?

Yes. We offer 30 and 45 minute personal training sessions. Your consultation will help determine the best session length and weekly frequency for your goals.

How much does face-to-face personal training cost?

Face-to-face personal training starts from $70 per session. Your complete package depends on session length, weekly frequency and the level of coaching support you need. Cindy will recommend the right option and explain the full price clearly during your free consultation.

What happens during the free consultation?

It is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation about your goals, health, training history and schedule. Cindy will help you decide whether face-to-face or online coaching is the best fit, and face-to-face enquiries can tour the space.

Do I need gym experience to start?

Not at all. Beginners, women returning after time away and experienced trainees are all welcome. Your plan starts at the level that is right for you.

Premium 1:1 online coaching

Your plan, payment and support.

How personalised coaching works through Trainerize, including weekly and upfront payment options.

Is $99 per week the full price?

Yes. It is a flat weekly rate for your complete coaching experience. The price does not increase because your personalised plan includes more training days, fewer training days or needs to be adjusted.

Can I pay for the first 12 weeks upfront?

Yes. You can prepay $1,188 AUD for the same 12 weeks of personalised coaching. Afterpay may split the purchase into four payments of $297, subject to Afterpay approval and eligibility.

What happens when I purchase?

If you choose weekly coaching, your first $99 secures your place and is applied to Week One. Trainerize then begins your onboarding so you can create your account and complete the information Cindy needs to build your personalised plan. Cindy will be in contact as your plan is prepared.

Is there a minimum term?

Weekly coaching has no minimum term. Because every program is created and reviewed in four-week blocks, four weeks’ written notice is required if you decide to finish. The upfront option covers the 12-week package you purchase.

Why do you describe the first 12 weeks as a pathway?

Twelve weeks gives us a meaningful timeframe to establish your starting point, build consistency and assess real progress. It is a coaching roadmap rather than a generic short challenge, and your plan is reviewed and updated every four weeks.

What happens after the first 12 weeks?

You can continue week to week at the same coaching rate. Cindy will review your next goals and build the following four-week phase so your coaching keeps progressing rather than ending with a generic final week.

Can I contact Cindy before my weekly check-in?

Yes. You can send questions, updates and exercise videos through the app whenever you need support. Messages can be sent at any time and Cindy responds as soon as practical.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Your program can be created for home, a commercial gym or a combination of both, based on your equipment, confidence and schedule.

Will I receive nutrition support?

Yes. Your coaching can include a practical nutrition plan or calorie and macro guidance, including support with MyFitnessPal, food choices, eating out and building habits you can maintain.

Busy Girl Home Program

Your Home Edition questions.

Everything you need to know about the workouts, equipment, exercise links and digital access.

Who is the Busy Girl Home Program for?

It is ideal for busy women, mums, beginners and anyone who feels anxious or not yet confident enough to train in a gym. You can build a reliable routine at home before deciding whether you want to progress into the future Gym Edition.

Why are the workouts full body?

With three training days each week, full-body sessions let you train every major muscle group regularly while still allowing recovery days. It is an efficient structure for building consistency, improving fitness and making progress when time is limited.

What equipment will I need?

You will need a pair of dumbbells and a loop resistance or booty band. A mat is helpful but optional. Choose weights that feel challenging while still allowing controlled technique.

How do I view the exercise demonstrations?

Exercise names and images inside the eBook link to demonstrations, and QR codes provide a quick phone-friendly option. You can tap a link when reading digitally or scan the code from another screen or printed page.

How will I receive the eBook?

The Home Edition is a digital PDF. After successful checkout, use the download link provided with your order. It allows up to three downloads and expires after 14 days, so save the file to your own device.

Can I share the eBook with someone else?

No. Your purchase is a personal-use licence and may not be shared, copied for another person, resold or redistributed. Each person using the program needs their own purchase.

What if my download link does not work?

Email cindy@fitandfeminine.com.au with your name, order details and a screenshot of the issue. Genuine access problems can be reviewed and resolved.

Is this a postpartum rehabilitation program?

No. The Home Edition provides general fitness education and is not a medical or postpartum rehabilitation program. If you are pregnant, recently gave birth, are returning after injury or manage a health condition, seek individual clearance and guidance from an appropriate medical or allied-health professional.
