A perfect week is not the standard

If one meal out, a missed workout or a busy weekend makes you abandon everything, the plan has no flexibility built into it. Real progress comes from the weeks that are imperfect but still broadly consistent.

Stop using restriction to compensate

Cutting harder on Monday because you ate more on Saturday often creates the same cycle again. Return to your normal structure: regular meals, protein, useful portions, movement and the next planned workout.

Track trends, not emotional snapshots

Scale weight can change because of food volume, sodium, your menstrual cycle and digestion. A weekly trend tells you more than one number after the weekend.

You are not lazy. You may be trying to follow a plan that does not fit your life.

A sustainable strategy should allow family meals, social events and difficult weeks without turning every deviation into failure.
